Join me for an online class, there are spaces on Thursday at 16.00 (17.00 in NL) and Saturday at 08.00 (09.00 in NL). Classes are a mix of basic Pilates-based exercise and stretching. Day 4

Day 4 of apparatus teacher training... end of phase 1 - so last day for a while. It's been most enjoyable. A weekend of matwork basic training coming up... but first a day for myself tomorrow.

Proud to present my all new online exercise studio! You can join me for small group classes, or choose for Personal Training, Duet or Triplet sessions. I also offer Corporate classes. All live. And instructors, some of my workshops will be online - save yourself money, travel time and expense. Sessions can be recorded. I also offer private workshops if you can't make the scheduled ones.
