Rejuvenate...

It's a lovely day; just done some functional core work and stretching with the sun pouring in through the window, now off out into the fresh air... a meditative walk with la Moll is just what I need to set me up for the rest of today!

Staying in...

It looks like a day for staying in... 12 degrees and wet, wet en nog eens wet... lots to do so not a prob.

Bloguette!

I don't really have much to 'Blog' but just wanted to thank Tiny Fisscher for her support in helping rename the rather blunt and unattractive word 'Blogs' as 'Bloguettes'. So much more refined! And so I will resume Bloguetting when I have something of interest to reveal!   

Habit...

I so need to make Blogging a habit..! But am finding all the social media stuff so time-consuming... Blogging is way down on my list of priorities... Will try harder! I'm sure it has its uses!
